Draft — pending owner review. This is standard e-commerce boilerplate; the shipping and returns sections below need your real policy details before this is final, and it's worth having an attorney check the whole page.

Orders & Pricing

We try to make sure prices and product information are accurate, but errors can happen. If we discover a pricing or listing error on an order you've placed, we'll contact you before charging or shipping, and you may cancel the order if you'd prefer.

Payment

Payment is processed securely through our payment processor at the time of checkout. We do not store your full card details on our servers.

Shipping

Owner to complete: real shipping timeframe (e.g. "orders ship within X business days"), carriers used, and any shipping-cost or local-pickup details.

Returns & Refunds

Owner to complete: real return window (e.g. number of days), condition items must be in to qualify (e.g. unworn/unused, original packaging), how a customer starts a return, and how refunds are issued.

Intellectual Property

The text, graphics, logos, and photos on this site belong to BlingBox or are used with permission, and may not be copied or reused without our consent.

Acceptable Use

Please don't use this site for anything unlawful, to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to it, or to interfere with other visitors' use of it.

Limitation of Liability

We aren't liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of this site or its products, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.
